Rick Zabel x Hydraid® Community Ride

1. Conditions of participation Participation in the Hydraid® Community Ride and the subsequent Get Together is permitted only for persons of legal age (at least 18 years old). By registering or taking part, I confirm that I meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the event The Hydraid® Community Ride on 7 September 2026 in Munich is an open community format for road and gravel cyclists. The meeting point is the Hydraid® Office, Isarwinkel 2a, 81379 Munich, at 17:30; the group ride-out starts at 18:00. The event is not a race. There is no timing, ranking or official classification. The ride takes place on public roads without road closures.

3. Health, equipment and personal responsibility I declare that I am physically healthy, have no health restrictions and am able to meet the physical demands of the ride. I take part in the ride and the entire event at my own risk. Participation is with my own bicycle; bicycles are not provided by the organiser. I confirm that my bicycle is roadworthy and in perfect technical condition (working brakes and, where required, working lights), and I undertake to wear a cycling helmet throughout the entire ride.

4. Conduct in public spaces The ride takes place on public roads. I undertake to:

  • to comply with the applicable German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO), in particular the rules applying to cyclists,
  • to behave considerately towards other road users and pedestrians,
  • to follow the instructions of the organising team.

5. Disclaimer of liability The organiser (True Sports Labs GmbH / Hydraid®) accepts no liability for accidents, injury to health, damage to property or financial loss arising in connection with the event, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of the organiser or its agents. I am aware that the ride takes place on public roads, with the usual risks this entails (including other traffic, road surface conditions and weather). No liability is accepted for injuries or damage resulting from such circumstances or from the use of my own bicycle.

6. Personal belongings / bag drop Where facilities for storing belongings (e.g. a bag drop) are available, they are used at your own risk. The organiser accepts no liability for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings or valuables.

7. Changes and cancellation The organiser reserves the right to adjust, postpone or cancel the event for important reasons. This applies in particular in the event of: adverse weather conditions, safety concerns (including traffic-related reasons), organisational reasons. No claims against the organiser shall arise from this.

8. Photo and video recordings Photos and videos will be taken during the event. I consent to images in which I can be identified being used without restriction in terms of time, place and content for public relations, documentation and advertising purposes (e.g. social media, website, print materials) – including without separate remuneration. This consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future.

9. Data protection The personal data collected during registration will be used exclusively for organising and running the event. Data will only be passed on to third parties where this is necessary for running the event (e.g. guest lists or sending information). The data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the event has ended. For any questions about data protection, please contact: datenschutz@hydraid.com

10. Alcohol and conduct Alcohol is consumed at your own risk. Taking part in the ride under the influence of alcohol is prohibited – cycling under the influence of alcohol on public roads is also an administrative offence or, above certain blood alcohol levels, a criminal offence. The organisers reserve the right to exclude from the event anyone who does not comply with the event rules or who endangers others.

11. Consent and validity By registering and/or participating, I fully accept the above terms and conditions of participation.

If you have any questions about the organiser or the event, please contact info@hydraid.com .
