The prize draw is organised by True Sports Labs GmbH (Hydraid® brand), Isarwinkel 2a, 81379 Munich, Germany, email: info@hydraid.com.

Participation is via Instagram only. The prize draw is in no way associated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. The information provided is disclosed not to Instagram but to True Sports Labs GmbH.

Prize

In total, 7 race entries for the Pace Race Hamburg on 12 September 2026 at the Heiligengeistfeld in Hamburg are up for grabs.

7 winners will be drawn. Each winner will receive a race entry including a Hydraid® Team shirt, a Hydraid® Starter Set and bottle, plus a Race Day Experience with Lena Schreiber.

Travel, accommodation and any other costs associated with getting to the event are not part of the prize and must be borne by the winners themselves.

Participation

Everyone who follows @hydraid during the competition period, likes the competition post and writes in a comment why they want to be part of the team will automatically be entered into the competition.

Multiple comments do not increase the chance of winning. Participation does not depend on purchasing any goods from True Sports Labs GmbH; purchasing goods does not increase the chances of winning.

The competition runs until 3 September 2026 at 11:59 pm.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to any natural person aged 18 or over with a public Instagram account.

As the prize requires personal attendance at the Pace Race Hamburg on 12 September 2026, winners must be able to travel to the venue independently and at their own expense.

Employees of True Sports Labs GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Legal entities may not take part.

The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of suspected manipulation, use of bots or impermissible multiple entries, and to subsequently revoke prizes already awarded.

Recourse to legal action is excluded.

Draw

The 7 winners will be drawn at random from all eligible participants on 4 September 2026 and then notified by direct message (DM) via the official Instagram account @hydraid. Please make sure your DMs are open.

The winners will then receive the event details required for participation and, where applicable, further information and conditions regarding the Race Day Experience.

Winners must actively confirm their participation within the deadline stated in the winner notification. If confirmation is not received in time, the race place is forfeited and a replacement winner may be drawn.

Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, transferred or exchanged. The organiser reserves the right to replace parts of the prize with services of equal value if this is necessary for organisational or legal reasons.

Liability

The organiser is not liable for technical faults that affect participation in the prize draw.

Separate terms of participation and liability set by the organiser or the event partners involved may apply to participation in the Pace Race Hamburg and the Race Day Experience.

The organiser reserves the right to end or change the prize draw at any time without prior notice if this is necessary for legal or organisational reasons.

Privacy Policy

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is True Sports Labs GmbH, Isarwinkel 2a, 81379 Munich, Germany.

Personal data collected as part of the prize draw, in particular Instagram username and comment content, will be used exclusively to conduct and administer the prize draw.

For notifying winners and handling the prize, data provided by DM or email, such as name and email address, may also be processed. Data will only be passed on to third parties where this is necessary to conduct and administer the prize or the event.

If photos or videos are taken and used for social media or marketing purposes during the event, this is done on the basis of the separate rules or consents applicable for this purpose.

Once the prize draw or the event has ended, the data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.

In particular, participants have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of their personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
