The prize draw is organised by True Sports Labs GmbH (Hydraid® brand), Isarwinkel 2a, 81379 Munich, Germany. Participation is via Instagram only. The prize draw is in no way associated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. The information provided is disclosed not to Instagram but to True Sports Labs GmbH.

Prize

A total of 25 places on the Rick Zabel x Hydraid® Community Ride on 7 September 2026 in Munich are up for grabs. 25 winners will be drawn; each winner receives 1 place including all services described for the event.

Participation

Anyone who, during the prize draw period, likes the prize draw post, follows @hydraid and leaves a comment is automatically entered into the prize draw. Multiple comments do not increase the chance of winning. Participation does not depend on purchasing any goods from True Sports Labs GmbH; purchasing goods does not increase the chances of winning. The closing date for entries is 1 September 2026 at 23:59.

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to any natural person aged 18 or over with a public Instagram account. As the prize requires personal attendance at the Community Ride on 7 September 2026 in Munich, winners must be able to travel to the venue independently and at their own expense. Employees of True Sports Labs GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Legal entities may not take part. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of suspected manipulation, use of bots or impermissible multiple entries, and to subsequently revoke prizes already awarded. Recourse to legal action is excluded.

Draw

The 25 winners will be drawn at random from all eligible participants on 2 September 2026 and notified by direct message (DM) via the official Instagram account @hydraid. Please make sure your DMs are open. Winners will then also receive an email with the event details and a request to actively confirm their participation (including consent to the disclaimer of liability and to the use of photo/video material as set out in a separate email). Confirmation must be given within 3 days of receiving the notification, and no later than 5 September 2026 at 23:59. If confirmation is not received in time, the place is forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, transferred or exchanged. The organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of equal value if this is necessary for organisational or legal reasons.

Liability

The organiser is not liable for technical faults that affect participation in the prize draw. Participation in the Community Ride itself is subject to the separate terms set out in the confirmation email, in particular the disclaimer of liability for the ride described therein. The organiser reserves the right to end or change the prize draw at any time without prior notice if this is necessary for legal or organisational reasons.

Privacy Policy

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is True Sports Labs GmbH, Isarwinkel 2a, 81379 München. Personal data collected as part of the competition (including Instagram username and comment content) will be used exclusively to run and administer the competition. For notifying and handling prizes, data provided additionally via DM or email (e.g. name, email address) will also be processed. Data will only be passed on to third parties where this is necessary to run the event. Photo/video footage taken during the event will only be used for social media and marketing purposes with the separate consent of the participants (see confirmation email). Once the competition or event has ended, the data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply. Participants have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of their personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
