The prize draw is organised by True Sports Labs GmbH (Hydraid® brand), Isarwinkel 2a, 81379 Munich, Germany. Participation is via Instagram only. The prize draw is in no way associated with Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram. The information provided is disclosed not to Instagram but to True Sports Labs GmbH.

Prizes

Up for grabs are 4 entries to the Munich Marathon 2026 (11 October 2026) – valid for all distances: 10 km, half marathon or full marathon. Winners choose their own distance. 4 winners will be drawn; each winner receives 1 entry. The entries are personalised and non-transferable. No cash payment, transfer or exchange of prizes is possible.

Participation

Everyone who likes the competition post, follows @hydraid and leaves a comment during the competition period is automatically entered into the prize draw. Multiple comments do not increase the chance of winning. Participation does not depend on purchasing any goods from True Sports Labs GmbH; purchasing goods does not increase the chances of winning. The closing date is 05.10.2026 at 23:59.

Eligibility

Entry is open to any natural person aged 18 or over with a public Instagram account and residing in Germany or Austria. As the prize requires personal participation in the Munich Marathon on 11.10.2026, winners must be able to travel to the event venue independently and at their own expense. Employees of True Sports Labs GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Legal entities cannot take part. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of suspected manipulation, the use of bots or impermissible multiple entries, and to revoke prizes already awarded. Recourse to legal action is excluded.

Draw

The 4 winners will be drawn at random from all eligible participants on 06.10.2026 and notified by direct message (DM) via the official Instagram account @hydraid. Please make sure your DMs are open. Confirmation of participation and submission of the required registration details must be received by Wednesday, 07.10.2026 at 23:59 at the latest. If confirmation is not received in time, the entry will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn. No cash payment, transfer or exchange of prizes is possible. The organiser reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of equal value if this is necessary for organisational or legal reasons.

Liability

The organiser accepts no liability for technical faults that affect participation in the prize draw. The organiser reserves the right to end or change the prize draw at any time without prior notice if this is necessary for legal or organisational reasons.

Privacy Policy

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is True Sports Labs GmbH, Isarwinkel 2a, 81379 Munich. Personal data collected as part of the prize draw (including Instagram username and comment content) will be used exclusively to conduct and administer the prize draw. For notifying winners and handling prizes, data provided additionally via DM (e.g. name, email address) will also be processed. Data will only be passed on to third parties where this is necessary to provide the race entries. Once the prize draw has ended, the data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply. Participants have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of their personal data in accordance with the GDPR.
